Program Objective:
By the end of this course, the trainee will be able to:

- Differentiate between selling and negotiation
- Understand customer behavior, needs and preferences to communicate accordingly
- Improve verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
- Identify and address consumer objections and concerns.
- Master closing deals effectively
- Build long term relationship with clients
