Program Objective:
By the end of this course, the trainee will be able to:
- Differentiate the different types of benefits, (Cash & Non-Cash, Direct & Indirect)
- Master designing the Pay Structure using different pay techniques and system
- Acquire good level of knowledge about the Salary Surveys
- Implement the organization strategic analysis
- Explain the difference between the Seniority and Merit Pay, Incentive
- Gain statistics knowledge
- Practice the relation between the employee competences and the salary level
- Design Pay Structure and Grading System
- Write the compensation and benefits policies and procedures
