Admission Steps:

1. Filling application form online
   • For Non GUC Graduates who has no GUC application number Apply Here
     1. Click Create new account
     2. You will receive an email with the user name and password
     3. Fill in the application form using the new username and password
   • For GUC Graduates who already has GUC application number (GUC undergraduate ID no.) Apply Here
2. Pre-screening of applicants

   An Admission committee from each faculty will be responsible to

   1. Check his/her eligibility for the master/PhD degree
   2. Recommend the courses that he/she should study to fulfill the master program requirements.
3. Pre-screening of applicants

   1. Check his/her eligibility for the PhD degree
   2. Recommend if there is prequalifying courses that he/she should study to qualify for the PhD program.
4. Eligible candidates will be invited for English admission test
5. Candidates who pass the English test will be invited to personal interview
6. Candidates who pass will receive conditional acceptance including documents to be submitted and payment procedures
7. The applicant is to submit the documents and pay the fees within the deadline otherwise registration will not be considered.

1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Copy (front & back) of the National ID Card/ or passport for non Egyptian students
3. Recent CV
4. Military status for male applicants
5. 2 personal Photos (Passport size)
6. Original Bachelor Certificate
7. Original Bachelor Transcript
8. Original M.Sc. Certificate (for PhD applicant)
9. Original M.Sc. Transcript (for PhD applicant)
10. Signed declaration form
11. Thesis registration form signed by student, supervisor, head of department and Faculty Dean
12. Detailed research proposal
