The group’s main research activities and expertise are in the areas of Operation Strategy for both manufacturing and service organizations, with focus on strategies related to supply chain management and business process outsourcing and off-shoring. Knowledge management technologies and knowledge flows across the supply chain are of particular interest especially for supply chains of sustainable technologies. Business process reengineering and closed loop sustainable supply chain management are also research topics of interest.
