The group’s main research activities and expertise are in the areas of SME financing, service Innovation, and entrepreneurship. As a relatively new area of research, our mission is to contribute to strengthening and promoting research on entrepreneurship and innovation management, not only in Egypt, but also in developing countries. This would entail examining the current realties and context of innovation and entrepreneurship, testing and applying world’s latest theories and trends, and constructing new theories and mechanisms emerging from the unique Egyptian, as well as, developing countries' context.
