Description
This course is a project oriented course. The course aims at providing a systematic introduction to the basic principles, methods, and applications of data mining as well as pattern recognition. Students will gain knowledge on how data mining techniques work, how they can be applied across different domains by using these methods in real world system. Mostly, our focus will be on systems that deal with pattern recognitions such as Robots. This will be achieved by a combination of presentations and homework’s.
