This Management Course is given for Biotechnology Bachelor students The course is a requirement for all Biotechnology undergraduate students in order to make them familiar about people working within organizations, and how to effectively manage them in order to prepare them to know the working environment and what management is about, working in the Biotechnological, Pharmaceutical and Medicinal industry. Students will be able to learn how companies meet the challenges of today’s dynamic business environment and how companies compete successfully in the global market. The course objective is to highlight the basic concepts and the links between the different topics of management that students in all fields need in order to be able to successfully pursue management careers within any type of business organizations.
