في إطار دورها الريادي كمؤسسة أكاديمية تدعم الابتكار والتطوير في المجالات القانونية والفنية، استضافت الجامعة الألمانية بالقاهرة (GUC) المؤتمر الدولي الأول حول «الإطار القانوني لحوادث الطيران وتنظيم قطاع الطيران المدني والمنازعات ذات الصلة ودور القضاء والتحكيم في تسويتها»، وذلك في الفترة من 12 إلى 13 يناير 2026. جاء هذا المؤتمر في ضوء التعاون المشترك بين مركز الدراسات القضائية والتدريب والتعاون الدولي والثقافي بهيئة قضايا الدولة، برئاسة المستشار أحمد سعد، ووزارة الطيران المدني، حيث شارك فيه نخبة من القيادات القضائية والتنفيذية، بالإضافة إلى خبراء ومتخصصين في مجالات الطيران المدني، القانون الدولي، والتحكيم.
