We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Music School Coordinator to join our growing team at the Music Academy both for the GUC and the GIU campus. This role involves a blend of administrative and creative responsibilities, coordinating closely with music school instructors and students.

Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate between the music school and other departments within GUC.
● Scout teachers for the music school.
● Process and finalize contracts of music instructors.
● Handle music school applications.
● Manage and coordinate individual class timings.
● Space and teaching rooms management (managing availability and needed equipment).
● Manage inventory and lending system of the Music Academy’s equipment and instruments
● Managing music school payments (registration fees and instructors’ payments).
● Assist in planning and budgeting the music school’s annual activities, including promotional events and end of semester presentations.
● Promote the school's classes and activities among university students, alumni, as well as externals.
● Identify external partners, schools and music instruments suppliers for cooperation and joint projects.
● Conducting research, analysis and providing annual reports about registration and participation development, including survey and evaluation feedback among participants and instructors.
● Identify and engage external partners and sponsors, relevant to the music education sector.
● Market and promote the music school through PR as well as digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, newsletter)
● Archive events, including documentation, media coverage and photos.
● Further activities based on the music academy’s and the university’s requirements.

Required Profile:
A Bachelor degree in cultural management or business administration. Related study fields or relevant work experience in a similar role is also possible. The candidate should be highly proficient in spoken and written Arabic as well as in English.

Musical Experience:
Practical experience in music is an asset. A passion for music and commitment to the idea of music education are must.

Administrative Skills:
Proficiency in administrative tasks and software skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana). Familiarity with design software and technology is an asset.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with colleagues, students and external stakeholders. Additionally, skills in building relationships within the music community and networking with stakeholders.

Leadership and Team Management:
Experience in leading and managing teams as well as problem solving and conflict management skills.

Organizational Abilities:
Strong capability in organizing events and managing multiple tasks with impeccable time management.
