The Faculty of Management Technology invites applications for the following position effective September 2025.
Job profile :
Candidates with academic and professional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Human Resource Management / Organization Behavior
Qualifications :
● Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or related disciplines (Organization Behavior, Organization Theory) with extensive working experience (at least 3 years) in the academic field.
● Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in teaching and are able to teach a range of courses in HR and general management (e.g. Leadership, Organization Behavior, Business Ethics, Human Resource Management).
● Excellent teaching ability at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
● High capacity to develop pedagogical innovations and to manage course modules.
● Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
● Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Successful candidates are expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate and graduate teaching. Preference will be given to candidates who have a record of accomplishment in academic and/or applied research.
