Description
The course is structured into two parts. In its first part fluid properties are considered and the fundamental equations of fluid dynamics including the conservation of mass, energy and momentum equations are derived from basic principles.
In the second part, the applications of the conservation principles in laminar and turbulent flows in pipes and around bodies are considered.
