Description
Performance management, and hence measurement, is becoming more recognized in today’s business environment due to the urge to identify, measure, and manage the factors that create and drive value in the organization.This course will address the foundations of successful Management Control, and performance management Systems including the concept, various measures, and the key factors that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of these systems.
