Description
Portfolio Management is the art of composing different securities to build up a portfolio that fulfils specific criteria and then to manage the portfolio. In this course, the theoretical, including statistical basics are discussed to give the students the required background. This is especially backboned by both the Markowitz and the Capital Asset Pricing Model. Out of the broad variety of different assets, a small selection is chosen and will be analyzed in terms of valuation and possible strategies. In addition, performance measurement will be a topic of the course.
