Given that the eukaryotic cell is the elemental building block of multicellular organisms and the center for all biochemical processes, the knowledge of the fundamentals of Cell Biology (i.e. the structure and function of cells) is of vital importance to research, development and applications of biotechnology. This course is designed to teach these fundamentals in theory and practice.
