Description
Understanding the chemistry (properties, source/synthesis, reactivity, and detectability) of drugs and auxiliary substances. Major syntheses, structure-activity relationship, analytical methods, metabolic pathways of further antiinfectives, antivirals, antiparasitics and antihelmintics, antifungals, and antineoplastic agents, as well as disinfectants and major auxiliary compounds.
Practical experience on major analytical methods relevant for these drug molecules.
