Description
Understanding the principles and the theories of human computer interaction is crucial for building high quality interactive systems. Human Computer Interaction is a large multidisciplinary area; however, this course is offered from a computer science perspective with a focus on designing, implementing and evaluating usable interfaces. In the meantime, we will refer to several interesting concepts from cognitive psychology, ergonomics, computer graphics, etc. This course is a “think aloud” and “think out of the box” type of a course, offering space for creativity, originality and collaboration through group projects and workshops.
