Registration

Registration for the conference shall open on the 1st of March 2024 and end on the 15th of July 2024. Registration is based on a paper/abstract acceptance, and hence authors will be sent emails with a registration link. The registration categories are as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations up to one month before the conference (Sunday 4th August 2024), are eligible for 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than one month before conference, there will be no refund.
  • Substitutions can be made at any time, free of charge, please forward your details and details of your substitute to ICCSR2024@guc.edu.eg
