Position Summary: Responsible for different tasks related to all SCAD subsections and functions
Responsibilities:

A. Corporates Relations

• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective employers to encourage the hiring of students & alumni for distinguished positions and summer internships
• Conduct meetings with potential employers when needed to market for offered services to serve the benefit of the GUC calibers
• Handle accounts of employers to assist them in their on campus requests, Industrial visits, Employment Fairs participations, participation in career development programs and other services

B. Alumni Relations

• Handle alumni relations starting with having & maintaining an adequate and up to date database of alumni serving all SCAD services
• Screen potential profiles of graduates for participation in on campus events
• Handling projects and services serving the alumni relations and connections

C. Students Services and other tasks

• Receive & review students’ internships and process the full reviewing cycle in cooperation with faculty professors.
• Handle students/alumni walk-ins, phones, e-mails on daily basis
• Communicate with faculties’ members & other internal departments
• Assist in organizing SCAD events and marketing them to students & alumni
• Assist in some content editing tasks for SCAD material

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
• BA in management preferably HR, and/or Marketing background
• 1 – 2 years of experience in HR, career services or marketing is preferred

• Strong project management or organizational skills
• Exposure of Branding / PR and Client Servicing experience
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Adobe illustrator is a plus
