  • Abstract submission starts on March 15, 2024
  • Paper submission (optional) starts on April 10, 2024
  • The deadline for abstracts and paper submissions is August 15, 2024
  • Paper acceptance notification August 22, 2024
  • Payment deadline: September 1, 2024


IN CASE OF PAYMENT AFTER THE DEADLINE, EXTRA FEES (10%) WILL BE ADDED.


ABSTRACT


Abstract (s) should be written in one A4 word file page "Times New Roman" according to the following formats:

  • Title: Bold, font 14
  • Author's name: Bold, font 12 (Family name followed by initials)
  • Affiliation: Bold, font 12
  • Abstract: Body text normal, font 12. Size of the abstract must not exceed 250 words, 1.5 line space

MANUSCRIPTS


Submitted manuscripts must not be published or not being considered for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts will be refereed, edited and graphically reproduced before publication. Therefore, it is essential to adhere strictly to the following preparation instructions: The size of full manuscript (including tables and figures) should not exceed 15 pages (A4). Additional fee will be asked for extra pages.

  • Oral presentation and discussion will be conducted in English language.
  • The time allowed for oral presentation is 20 minutes including 5 minutes for discussion. Data show is available.
  • Posters are preferred to be prepared on a paper sheet (90 cm × 70 cm) that is usually used for posters presentation
