GUC has always been more than just academia. It is the place to discover, support and develop young talents. It is the place where junior talents gather under one roof. GUC students always found the support of passionate staff and academics as well as the budgets, facilities and equipment to develop their skills regardless of what their talents are. Through the various student groups whether athletic, musical or artistic, students had the chance to express themselves and practice their talents even more to reach a higher level of excellence.
This is done through the following university-based and *student-based academies.
GUC Sports Academies for GUC students and juniors GUC gym and sports area (basketball, handball, football, tennis courts)
GUC specialized student-based clubs are self-organized and self-governed by the students called “Active Working Groups”. These active working groups cover charitable, academic, artistic, sports and social activities among many others. Each of these groups can raise funds and has one or more academic supervisor.
