The German University in Cairo invites applications for vacancies to commence in the spring semester 2019 (February) or winter semester (September 2019):
The German University in Cairo is looking for highly motivated applicants wishing to join the Faculty of Engineering and Material Sciences. Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching in the fields of Mechatronics engineering, microcontroller’s technology, robotics, control engineering, PLC, smart sensor engineering, Neural/Fuzzy logic systems, and image processing. The candidate should be capable to supervise research and graduate study in this field and related topics. Practical and industrial experience will be appreciated and evaluated.
In addition he/she should lead research group in one of the mentioned areas.
Candidates should hold a doctorate/PhD mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, and should demonstrate a track record or potential for conducting and supervising leading research projects. Practical and industrial experience will be appreciated and evaluated.
